Your payment reserves your tournament registration in your name and your team's name.
By purchasing this registration you agree to the rules stated on the site, agree to the terms of the waiver and understand that the captain/purchaser and all team members will not be allowed to play on the courts until their captain and individual waivers are signed and on file with Winchester Sand Volleyball.
Your purchase is a reservation for the date listed above rain or shine. We will do our best to provide other rescheduling options but cannot guarantee them.
Registration and Payment Cancellation Policy:
If you canel within 24 hours of registration you will receive a 100% refund.
If you cancel within 7 days of registration you will receive a 50% refund.
No monetary refunds can be granted beyond 7 days of purchase/registration. If you still have to cancel, notify us within 14 days of purchase and you can request a credit towards another registration that must be used within 18 months of purchase.
Beyond 14 days from purchase we are not able to offer a refund or credit.
